At our practice, we prioritize the needs of our patients above all else. This comprehensive cancellation policy is designed with your convenience and fairness in mind. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following guidelines:
Consultations:
Our consultation fee is $800 pesos for a 45-minute session, whether conducted virtually or in person.
To secure your appointment, the consultation fee must be prepaid at the time of scheduling.
Should you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the consultation fee, which is non-refundable.
Rescheduling will require payment of a new consultation fee.

Procedures:
Procedure quotes remain valid for a period of 3 months.
To lock in the quoted price, your procedure must be scheduled within this timeframe and completed within 12 months from the date of the original quote.
A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total procedure cost is required to reserve your chosen date.
In the event of a reschedule or cancellation, this deposit will be retained and cannot be applied to future procedures. An additional non-refundable deposit of 10% will be necessary to secure a new date.
The full procedure cost is due at the Pre-Operative appointment, scheduled 2 weeks prior to the procedure date.
Cancellations or rescheduling within the 2-week window will incur a charge of 50% of the total procedure cost.
No refunds will be issued after the procedure is completed.
Anesthesia and Facility Fees:
Fees for anesthesia and facilities are based on procedure room occupancy time and may vary.
While anesthesia fees are applicable in our office, other facilities may charge hourly fees.
Estimates provided are subject to adjustment based on the actual procedure duration.
Additional payments may be required post-procedure, depending on the final charges incurred.
Citas para inyectables:
Se requiere un depósito de $2500/$5000 pesos (respectivamente) al programar las citas de Botox o Relleno con la Dra. Daniela Ciambelli. Este depósito no es reembolsable y no puede ser transferido a futuras citas en caso de cancelación.
he remaining treatment cost is due in full at the time of your appointment.
Rescheduling necessitates the submission of a new deposit.
Dr. Ciambelli has specific minimum requirements of 40 units for Botox and 2 syringes for Fillers.
No refunds will be provided following the completion of treatment.
Follow-up Appointments:
Follow-up appointments, crucial for the success of your procedure(s), are complimentary.
A no-show fee of $400 pesos will be charged for missed follow-up appointments.
To reschedule, the fee must be prepaid via our online platform or by contacting our office.
Missed appointment fees cannot be credited towards future appointments.
